Director of Operations

The Director of Operations will lead company-wide operations, overseeing scheduling, procurement, fleet, facilities, inventory, field execution, and team development. The role centers on operational strategy, profitability, and leadership growth. You will build playbooks and systems that align design, estimating, procurement,  and field teams. This includes driving financial performance through budgeting, profitability models, cost control, and executive-level reporting.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
FOR GARDEN PRESERVATION

The Operations Manager of the Garden Preservation Division is responsible for defining, launching, and growing this new division from the ground up. This role blends hands-on horticultural expertise with operational and business leadership, ensuring that fine gardening, ornamental plant care, and long-term garden maintenance are delivered to the highest standard for our high-end residential and estate clients. The division would initially focus on current and past residential clients, expanding to new high-end residential clients once operations reach a stable, consistent level of performance; this division will not offer commercial services.

LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

The Landscape Construction Project Manager will provide field leadership, ensure high-quality project delivery, and mentor team members to achieve optimal performance and professional development.

FLEET MECHANIC

The Fleet Mechanic performs hands-on maintenance and repair on a fleet of more than 25 vehicles and 30 machines, plus small equipment and trailers, in both diesel and gasoline. Work is assigned through the shop queue, with priorities set by the operations team. This role also maintains complete maintenance records, sources parts and supplies, manages warranty claims, and keeps the shop clean and organized. 

LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

The Landscape Construction Supervisor will oversee our landscape projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the workforce, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards on-site.

Garden Preservation Technician

The Garden Preservation Technician is responsible for the overall upkeep, safety, and organization of the company grounds, shop facilities, office, and equipment. This is a hands-on, versatile role essential to the daily operations and professional appearance of the business.
